All items purchased on our website will be shipped via UPS or a selected freight carrier ( for items 5 and more ).
Your shipping tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can go to our website and go to the track orders link at the top of the page. You can also get your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under My Account tab on the top or bottom of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just login to your account to place additional orders, get tracking numbers, and invoice(s).
Due to our high volume all orders go directly to the shipping floor within hours. We usually cannot modify your order once it has been placed. We will be able to correct your order only if it has not been shipped out yet. Please make sure all information is correct before processing your order or call us immediately for instructions.
KBFmore warrants all of its items to be free of all manufacturing and material defects under normal use by the original owner.
KBFmore will replace without charge, (excluding labor) any KBFmore item that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement, during the period specified in this warranty, to the original owner. The item must be used in a solely residential application, installed in accordance with the KBFmore installation instructions, and must not be damaged due to negligence, misuse or abuse.
In the event of a warranty claim the original owner must provide proof of purchase – save sales receipt.
This warranty does not cover damages that might be caused by the product (Some states do not allow such limitation so this reference might not apply to you)
KBFmore reserves the right to inspect any item that is claimed to be defective prior to the replacement of the sink.

KBFmore is not liable under this warranty for loss of this item or other incidental, special or consequential costs, expenses or damages incurred, including, but not limited to, such damages resulting from the expenses involved in removing and replacing this item prior and subsequent to warranty service. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or province to province.
