Free Local Delivery: Who Qualifies and How It Works

We're proud to offer Free Local Delivery to all of Chicagoland, and many of the most populous cities in the Great Lakes region. Shop for cabinets, vanities, sinks, faucets and more with peace of mind; knowing we'll be with your order every step of the way.

Who Qualifies

To qualify for Free Local Delivery, your delivery address must first be within 100 miles of our workshop in Hillside, IL. Click here to confirm that your delivery address is within 100 miles of our workshop. Some major hubs that qualify for Free Local Delivery include: Chicago, Milwaukee, Rockford, Valparaiso, and more. Your order subtotal must also meet a certain minimum amount, which varies depending on how many miles away your delivery address is located from our workshop. Please refer to the table below to determine your minimum subtotal requirement:

 

 Under 5 miles No minimum order
5 to 10 miles $50 minimum order
10 to 15 miles $100 minimum order
15 to 25 miles $250 minimum order
25 to 50 miles $400 minimum order
50 to 75 miles $800 minimum order
75 to 100 miles $1000 minimum order

How It Works

If your order qualifies for Free Local Delivery, you will see the option 'Local delivery' under the Shipping methods section at checkout once you have entered your delivery address (Tip: If you have a KBF Pro account, you can save your delivery address to expedite the checkout process for future orders).

Select 'Local delivery' at checkout and follow prompts

Select the 'Local delivery' option at checkout if it is not chosen by default, then enter your phone number. We recommend using your mobile phone number to ensure smooth communication throughout the delivery process. Finally, you can add delivery instructions, which will be passed along to our driver. We always recommend adding delivery instructions, especially if your address is not a single-family detached home. 

We'll call to confirm delivery details
