Shipping rates vary based on your order contents. We partner with third-party carriers like FedEx for nationwide parcel shipping. Qualifying orders over $3,000 are eligible for free nationwide delivery, regardless of Pro Trade status. Special shipping rates and offers may be available to members of our Pro Trade program.
Note: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code.
LTL / Freight Delivery
Large, heavy, or fragile orders ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers such as FedEx Freight or regional providers.

Curbside Only: Delivery is curbside; carriers will not bring items into your home or garage. We do not offer "White Glove" service.

Physical Address: We cannot ship freight to P.O. Boxes.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for moving the product from the curb to its final location.
Note: We are currently offering Local Delivery and Pick Up options only for cabinetry orders. If your delivery address is further than 100 miles away from our Chicagoland warehouse, we will be not be able to fulfill an order that includes cabinetry.
Free Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery on select orders to addresses within 100 miles of our Chicagoland warehouse. You can verify your distance from our warehouse here.

Risk of Loss
All orders leave our warehouse in new condition, unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate. If an item listed as new arrives damaged, please refer immediately to our Return Policy.
